Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing daily front desk operations. This person should be proactive in resolving issues related to communication (newsletters, Facebook posts, web site updates).
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and clients upon arrival.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining office calendars.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Serve as the conduit of information to our communications company.
- Be the primary contact with our communications team attending meetings once a month.
- Work with all staff to make sure all information for presbytery meetings is communicated clearly and in a timely manner.
- Maintain front desk area by keeping it organized and presentable.
- Assist with basic clerical duties and working to ensure the database and online directory stays updated.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role.

- Strong clerical organization skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
