Duties
- Planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons and activities
- Provide support in diapering and/or potty training
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the well-being and development of each child
- Maintain professionalism while interacting with children, parents, and colleagues
- Communicate professionally with parents
- Ensure all center policies and state regulations are met
- Maintain personal professional development plan
- Clean and sanitize classroom as needed
Requirements
- Genuine love for children and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic classroom setting
- Comfortable working with multiple age groups if necessary
- A strong understanding of child development
- Must clear full background check and must pass health screening
