Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, direct sales strategies, and exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships within assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our offerings.
• Engage in cold calling to generate leads and expand the customer base.
• Manage accounts by building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing ongoing support.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for upselling and territory sales expansion.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to refine sales processes and improve overall performance.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.

Experience

• Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales roles is preferred.
• Strong skills in account management with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
• Familiarity with analyzing data to drive decision-making and improve sales strategies.
• Experience in upselling products or services effectively to meet customer needs.
• Ability to conduct engaging product demos that resonate with potential customers.
• Previous experience with cold calling is a plus, demonstrating resilience and determination in reaching targets.
