Job Requirements:
Desired experiences:
- Manage project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers.
- Have full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract.
- Implement the proposed Program Management Plan.
- Ensure all security requirements and governance guidelines are met in accordance with the DD254 and PWS.
- Manage and monitor project cost, schedule, technical performance, staffing, materials, security, deliverables, quality, and metric objectives and milestones of contract.
- Collect, analyze, and maintain task performance metrics that measure the execution of all business and operational activities.
- Participate in monthly Program Management Reviews (PMRs); and provide the Government with monthly Contract Status Reports (CSRs).
- Coordinate, collaborate, and communicate with the COR daily (verbally and in electronic communications) to address potential problems, issues, and/or risks that may adversely affect the mission and completion of contract task activities and deliverables; and suggest mitigations.
- Recruit and retain the required mix of personnel with the expertise, experience, and other appropriate qualifications (e.g., required security clearances) to perform the duties and responsibilities described in this PWS.
- Submit Non-Disclosure Agreements to the COR prior to personnel beginning work on the contract.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Desired education:
- Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
- An additional 4 years of experience in the specific labor category, for a total of 12 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Security Clearance:
- Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.
