Job Description

Prescient Edge is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support a federal government client.

Description:

• Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category.

• Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.

• Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
• Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
• Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems. Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies. Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives.
• Shall successfully integrate and coordinate all activity needed to execute the requirement.
• Shall manage the timeliness, completeness, and quality of problem identification.
• Shall provide corrective action plans, proposal submittals, timely identification of issues, and effective management of subcontractors.
• Shall seek to ensure customer satisfaction and professional and ethical behavior of all contractor personnel.
• Shall establish clear organizational lines of authority and responsibility to ensure effective management of the resources assigned to the requirement.
• Must maintain continuity between the support operations at CENTCOM HQ on MacDill AFB and the contractor's corporate offices.
• Desired qualifications, in addition to standard SIA 3 qualifications and skill requirements, include experience at a Combatant Command or equivalent organization and experience in the regional, political and military issue in the CENTCOM AOR.
• Should be steeped in All Source Analyst techniques and have strong SIGINT background.
• Shall manage, prioritize, and validate Integrated Broadcast Service (IBS) data; develop and validate IBS requirements; develop, validate, and document IBS technical solutions; and develop and maintain IBS SOP, CONOPS and TTPs for USCENTCOM AOR near real time (NRT) dissemination functions.

Job Requirements

Desired experience:

• At least 6 years of experience working in Government environment as either a Member of the Armed Forces, Government or Contractor employee with at least 3 years management experience including leading large complex projects or multi-disciplined teams PLUS

Desired education:

• Desired bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and /or 4 years relevant management experience.

Security Clearance:

• Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.
