Job Description

Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager
The requirements listed define the Integrated Logistics Support Manager (ILSM)
responsibilities and tasking. The ILSM is a qualified individual that understands and is able to
execute ILS management across a broad spectrum of systems and assets. The ILSM shall
use functional requirements, specifications and system design documents, such as the
Technical Data Package (TDP), to evaluate, identify and manage hardware and software
related supply elements. The ILSM shall support the Chief Integration Officer (CIO) and other
team members to accomplish tasking related to development, integration and deployment of
mission systems. The ILSM shall be a self starter that is able to deliver products with little
guidance from designers and senior leadership to meet mission execution and customer
needs.

The ILSM shall be qualified to execute the below functions with minimal guidance.
ILSM1: Analyze software & hardware architectures, TDPs, designs and functional
requirements for aircraft, surface and ground systems.
ILSM2: Develop hardware and software requirements.
ILSM3 : Evaluate and map the life cycle of hardware and software system components.
ILSM4: Identify, document and resolve Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material
Shortages (DMSMS) for airborne, surface and ground systems.
ILSM5: Draft DMSMS, merging obsolescence, reliability, configuration and cyber status
reports and white papers.
ILSM6: Support installation, deployment and sustainment of hardware and software on a
variety of Minotaur Mission System (MMS) hardware and software configurations.
ILSM7: Develop training material and conduct training.
ILSM8: Develop plans and conduct component level tests, system tests & asset tests.
ILSM9: Work with team members to ensure software/hardware suitability, usability,
maintainability and reliability.
ILSM10: Execute frequent travel to meet Government requirements.
ILSM11: Obtain and Maintain at least a Secret clearance.
ILSM12: Be able to accept guidance and direction from Designers, Senior Leaders & the CIO.
ILSM13: Conduct reviews and take action on feedback from reviewers.
ILSM14: Build visions, business relationships & goals for future endeavors.
Qualifications & Requirements

• Must have a Bachelors Degree and 3 years experience in an ILS related field of work.
• Proven performance as a mid-level or senior ILS manager with good communication and team skills.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Pro tools (Excel, PPT, Word).
