Job Overview : We are seeking an Entry-Level Electrical / Automation Controls Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to the design, build, programming, and testing of custom automation systems. The ideal candidate has a strong aptitude for programming and a comprehensive understanding of electromechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement control systems for custom automation equipment.
- Develop, program, and debug applications (e.g., Ladder Logic, LabVIEW Applications, Python, C , Structured Text) that runs across various platforms, including PLCs, robot controllers, camera systems, and Windows PCs.
- Create intuitive graphical user interfaces (GUIs) for machine operators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical design, technicians, procurement, and customers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot and debug both software and hardware issues with a focus on efficiency.
- Work with robotics, motion control, and machine vision systems to create optimized solutions for our customers.
- Provide occasional onsite support for system installation and troubleshooting.
- Create electrical schematics and machine manuals.
- Play a key role in the development of process flow within control systems.
- Manage various aspects of system development from start to finish.
