Established Community Bank is growing and looking to hire Business Development Officers in the Alpharetta and Athens, Ga. areas. The successful candidates we seek will be responsible for developing relationships with new and existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with senior leadership to expand the Bank’s presence in the market and ensure sustained growth.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and develop new customers through market research, networking, and outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and grow the customer base.
Quotes products and rates in effort to promote and inform customers of the Bank’s products and services.
Represent the Bank in business development efforts in the community and at community events.
Understands and complies with Bank Policies and Procedures, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience working in commercial banking as a business development officer proficient with retail and commercial bank products required.High school diploma required.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred. Will accept equivalent banking industry experience in lieu of Associate or Bachelor’s a degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook required.
