We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our dynamic Sales team as a Sales Operations Coordinator.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, ensuring smooth sales operations, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service. Being the primary point person for all inbound phone calls to the Sales department.
- Assistance to the Sales Manager.
- Processing of parts orders.
- Processing of full microscope orders.
- Fulfillment of warranty orders.
- Packing and shipping of parts and warranty orders.
- Verbal and digital communication to the field team with questions and updates on parts and full microscope orders.
- Digital and in-person communication and updating of the Production and Optics plan boards.
- Updates and maintenance of the Production Schedule and other Sales department spreadsheets in Sharepoint.
- Invoicing. As a backup to the current invoice processor.
- Digital inventory processing. Familiarity to Inventory transfers, harvesting, digital refurbishing, pick/pack and fulfillment.
- Quality Control. Learning and being an additional resource for quality control processes and procedures.
- Utilization and data entry into Qualio (Quality Control Dashboard) of warranty instances.
- Management and logistics of tabletop microscope rental fleet.
Requirements
- Experience with all the Microsoft Office suite tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Etc.)
- Familiarity with ERP software (Oracle / NetSuite preferred).
- Fast learner.
- Fast paced environment.
- Motivation. Self-motivated and results driven.
- Communication. Strong communication skills (Telephone, email and in-person)
