Prescribe FIT has designed and implemented a unique solution that actively promotes the adaptation of a healthy lifestyle that embraces daily physical activity, personalized nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices designed to lower health care costs. This is done by remotely monitoring patients to track and analyze the lifestyle data of patients to better understand and influence behaviors through software coaching initiatives.
Role Description :
We are seeking to fill a full-time position on our patient facing side of the business. This role will support and engage with our patients via phone, helping to educate them on the program and providing technical support for their initial setup. The ideal candidate will be organized and compassionate with great communication skills.
Candidates with an upbeat, positive, and hardworking personality, as well as a healthy lifestyle, will fit with our culture. The desire to help others (especially patients) succeed with their goals and show empathy and patience is vital to this role. Candidates should possess the ability to be influential when speaking to others. What You will Do : General
- Call potential new patients to explain our program to them
- Help patients set up their Bluetooth devices and our mobile app
- Provide thorough and personalized patient technical support
- Manage, sort, and filter patient lists via our CRM
- Be a team player and seek information when necessary
- Be open to improvement and direction
