Description : ROLE DESCRIPTION

Seeking a dynamic and driven individual, interested in being a foundational part of a healthcare SaaS team. The individual will be

tasked with growing awareness and converting adoption of Prescribe FIT products and resources among the healthcare and, more

specifically, orthopedic community. They will be integral in building a prospect and partnership development strategy. As a sales

leader, they will execute upon their strategy and be accountable to activity, sales, and growth goals.

The right person will possess the ability to be consultative and solutions-based in their approach, as well as self-motivated,

persuasive, competitive and high-output as we seek aggressive growth. An ideal candidate should find it motivating when building

relationships with challenging people. They must be an excellent written and verbal communicator able to succinctly relay complex

topics. You will be successful with the ability to break-down communications in a meaningful and persuasive manner to promote

value and impact first. The right candidate will also have a task-oriented, project management approach for client action items.

Prior experience selling into healthcare without face-to-face interaction, directly to physicians, providers, and practices, is a must

ideally 5-7 years). Prior experience specifically in orthopedics is desired.

What You’ll Do :

  • Represent Prescribe FIT to the greater Orthopedic community with a solution-focused selling approach and a comprehensive strategy for effective follow-up and pipeline progression.
  • Extend strategy to the plan for outreach, relationship building, and messaging for prospects.
  • Create strong partnerships with clients to promote further adoption for the account executives.
  • Be an excellent and concise communicator; know when to listen; use a friendly approach with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Use metrics to prioritize and meet goals.
  • Be overly driven by hitting goals with quality relationships.

  • GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Physician Partnerships Sales Executive will :

  • Achieve sales quota, market share, market share growth, and other business objectives.
  • Execute a compliant, tailored sales strategy; use data points to build a prioritized list of target prospects.
  • Apply a range of consultative selling skills and in-depth clinical and product knowledge to drive business results and build support for our portfolio of services.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge or orthopedic conditions and treatment protocols, healthcare and patient best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Diligent process management and tracking of accountabilities, processes, KPIs and progress.
  • Be goal-driven and produce sales activities to align with growth expectations.
  • Be collaborative and communicative with PF leaders, contributing to company vision but adding true value as an implementer / operator.
  • Requirements : Qualifications

  • Minimum of five (5) to (7) seven years of experience in direct selling with documented sales results to physicians (preferably orthopedic) with medical, biologic / biotech, or SaaS products.
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  • Valid driver's license is required, with the ability to travel by car and plane.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and using CRM software.
  • Comfortable with and experience in selling to clients remotely.
  • FURTHER QUALIFICATIONS

  • Possess a strong “hunter” mindset on the sales spectrum.
  • Desire to work hard and collaborate cross-functionally within a diverse, start-up environment.
  • Strong ability to diagnose client needs when ambiguous or challenging to understand.
  • Strong desire to create long-lasting relationships and the tact to manage it effectively during challenging times.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
