Description : ROLE DESCRIPTION
Seeking a dynamic and driven individual, interested in being a foundational part of a healthcare SaaS team. The individual will be
tasked with growing awareness and converting adoption of Prescribe FIT products and resources among the healthcare and, more
specifically, orthopedic community. They will be integral in building a prospect and partnership development strategy. As a sales
leader, they will execute upon their strategy and be accountable to activity, sales, and growth goals.
The right person will possess the ability to be consultative and solutions-based in their approach, as well as self-motivated,
persuasive, competitive and high-output as we seek aggressive growth. An ideal candidate should find it motivating when building
relationships with challenging people. They must be an excellent written and verbal communicator able to succinctly relay complex
topics. You will be successful with the ability to break-down communications in a meaningful and persuasive manner to promote
value and impact first. The right candidate will also have a task-oriented, project management approach for client action items.
Prior experience selling into healthcare without face-to-face interaction, directly to physicians, providers, and practices, is a must
ideally 5-7 years). Prior experience specifically in orthopedics is desired.
What You’ll Do :
- Represent Prescribe FIT to the greater Orthopedic community with a solution-focused selling approach and a comprehensive strategy for effective follow-up and pipeline progression.
- Extend strategy to the plan for outreach, relationship building, and messaging for prospects.
- Create strong partnerships with clients to promote further adoption for the account executives.
- Be an excellent and concise communicator; know when to listen; use a friendly approach with a strong sense of urgency.
- Use metrics to prioritize and meet goals.
- Be overly driven by hitting goals with quality relationships.
