Production Manager – Enhancements
Location: Crystal, Minnesota • Full-Time • Exempt
Reports to: VP of Operations
Leads: Enhancements Crew Leads

We're looking for a Production Manager – Enhancements to oversee the planning, execution, and quality control of our enhancement projects. ✨ About the Role:
As our Production Manager, you’ll drive the success of our Enhancements service line — managing projects from start to finish with a sharp eye on quality, timelines, and team performance. You’ll be at the heart of scheduling, training, and keeping things running smoothly both in the field and behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to meet project deadlines and budgets
Oversee daily work plans and provide clear direction to Enhancements Crew Leads
Monitor job site quality, safety, and crew efficiency through regular site visits
Maintain real-time knowledge of job progress and billing in Aspire
Approve timecards, track labor hours, and manage invoice workflows
Order materials and supplies while keeping a close eye on costs
Conduct performance reviews, coach staff, and identify future leaders
Support safety certifications and lead weekly safety meetings
Ensure trucks, trailers, and equipment are clean, organized, and ready to roll
Partner with HR to hire, train, and retain top-notch crew members
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s in Horticulture/Turf Management or 5–6 years of hands-on landscape leadership
Deep knowledge of turf care, plant ID, landscape installation, and seasonal work cycles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Aspire CRM experience is a big plus
Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills
A knack for problem-solving and empowering others
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (DOT Certification required)
