What You’ll Do:
Quality Landscaping & Maintenance:
Turf & Shrub Care: Perform turf maintenance, pruning of shrubs, seasonal annual care, and light landscaping tasks.
Urban Landcare: Maintain specialized downtown urban landscapes, ensuring quality work in busy urban settings.
Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer service by ensuring that clients’ properties meet or exceed expectations.
Organization: Assist in organizing, cleaning, and maintaining crew equipment and trucks to ensure efficiency and safety.
Safety Responsibilities:
Safe Equipment Handling: Demonstrate safe operation and care of all assigned service line tools and equipment.
Rooftop Garden Safety: Ensure all crew members working on rooftop gardens are knowledgeable in site-specific safety requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Driver’s License: A current driver’s license and a clean driving record to operate commercial trucks in a busy metropolitan setting.
✔️ Communication Skills: Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
✔️ Physical Strength: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs independently and 80 lbs with assistance for various landscaping tasks.
✔️ Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
✔️ Team Player: Works well with co-workers and supervisors in a collaborative environment.
✔️ Dependable: Consistently reports to work on time and completes assigned tasks with a high standard of professionalism.
✔️ Professional Appearance: Ability to maintain grooming and personal appearance as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Your Schedule:
Average Workweek: 8-10 hours per day, 5-6 days per week, April through October.
Flexible Hours: Schedule may adjust based on weather conditions and project needs.
