Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Team Lead for our Customer Service department. The Team Lead will manage and lead a staff of 6-8 employees. The Team Lead will work closely with other departments to ensure customer and client satisfaction. This individual will report to the Manager and must have prior call center leadership experience. The Team Lead will create a positive work environment, foster collaboration, and ensure the team meets organizational goals with precision and efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assign and manage weekly tasks based on team members’ skill levels and workloads.
- Communicate policy and procedural updates to the team in a timely manner.
- Hold team members accountable for attendance, tasks, and adherence to organizational policies.
- Build rapport with team members and the Customer Service (CS) floor, fostering a positive team culture.
- Oversee call volume management, including scheduling breaks and lunches for PCAs.
- Address customer feedback and resolve any unsatisfactory experiences, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- 2 years of call center management experienc e required
- Flexible schedule
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of call center tools required
- Microsoft Office experience required
- Quick Thinking, high energy, positive and professional, with demonstrated multi-tasking and critical thinking skills
