Preservan Atlanta is seeking a great epoxy technician to join us! This is an opportunity to use your artistic / creative skills in the (light)construction world - restoring doors, windows, window sills, columns, and much more. This job is unique and ideal for those who VALUE STRUCTURED, METICULOUS, and INDEPENDENT WORK. This position offers a creative outlet for those who want to look back on the awesome work they've done and say "I did that". When you work with Preservan, you are the star of the show and always treated with respect.

Training and tools are provided. MUST be comfortable using a smartphone and apps. Must PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK, DRUG SCREENING, LADDER TEST & PHYSICAL. THIS POSTING IS THE ONLY MEANS OF COMMUNICATION FOR THIS POSITION.

As an Wood Rot Repair Technician (EpoxyTech), you will :

Implement specialized techniques to preserve and restore homes and buildings

Perform detailed independent work as part of a growing service team to preserve Atlanta

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct on-site evaluations of wood surfaces requiring repair

Apply epoxy using the latest techniques, materials and equipment (all trained and supplied)

Repair damaged wood surfaces, including rot, decay, and other forms of deterioration

Maintain a highly clean and highly organized work environment

Collaborate and communicate effectively with our clients, whom we fondly refer to as "neighbors," to ensure high-quality repairs and service

Ensure each project is completed to the highest standards

Collaborate closely with team members to achieve collective goals

Requirements :

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Own and are comfortable using a smartphone

Ability to pass a range of motion physical examination

Pass a drug screening

Comfortably work ladders as needed

Be ok with working the occasional Saturday, usually just a few hours in the morning

Tidy and organized, this is an absolute requirement

Applicants will be asked for a preliminary video interview by mid-February
