Overview
We are seeking a Call Center Team Lead to join our team at Preservan Wood Rot Repair! This role is crucial in ensuring smooth daily operations, coaching team members, and maintaining high-quality customer interactions. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with experience in customer service, team supervision, and CRM software.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) by coaching, training, and supporting them.
- Monitor calls, emails, and CRM interactions to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Assist in scheduling, workflow management, and problem resolution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and complex customer issues.
- Work closely with the Operations and Office Manager to implement improvements and enhance team performance.
- Maintain metrics tracking and provide weekly performance reports.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in customer service or call center operations.
- Experience in Leadership.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, scheduling software, and data tracking.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring a team.
Schedule & Work Environment:
- Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM (some flexibility may be required).
- Hybrid remote option available after the training period (90 days).

Compensation & Benefits:
- $17.50 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience and performance bonuses).
