We need a season customer care specialist to support our sales team from Apr-Oct.
We will offer you between $23-25/hr with weekends off and a ton of benefits.

Preservation Tree Care seeks a highly skilled, detail oriented, proficient and dedicated Customer Care and Sales Support Service Professional to join our premier tree care company. As a member of our team, you will be working alongside a passionate group of people who are committed to excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service professional with excellent communication skills, the ability to resolve customer concerns, by providing appropriate solutions, and the ability to schedule appointments and assist our sales team.

The Job:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and text
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
- Schedule sales appointments for our sales team, ensuring a smooth transition for the customer
- Follow up with clients and assist sales with their client communications
- Learn and maintain information of our products and services to provide accurate information
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through authentic connection
- Solicit and collect reviews from happy customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing high-quality service
- Provide feedback to management on customer concerns
- Track our marketing efforts with clients to ensure engagement and success
- Calling customers to collect past due balances
