Presh Marketing Solutions is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to plan, create, and manage social media campaigns for our portfolio of IT industry clients. Collaborating with our Marketing Strategists, who serve as the primary client contacts, you will drive measurable results and ensure alignment with client objectives. This role requires creativity, analytics expertise, and a passion for leveraging social media to achieve growth and engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute B2B-focused social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and emerging platforms in collaboration with account strategists.
- Create shareable, persona-based content tailored to each social media platform to drive engagement and conversions.
- Maintain editorial/content calendars for multiple clients, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and timelines.
- Monitor and engage in relevant industry discussions to build relationships and foster online communities.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns using Facebook Ad Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPL, CPC, ROAS), providing insights to account strategists.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design and copywriting, to ensure consistent, high-quality content delivery.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to identify innovative engagement opportunities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Facebook, in a B2B environment.
- Strong expertise in paid social campaign management using Facebook Ad Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style to different client brands.
- Proficiency in tracking and analyzing social media metrics to inform strategy and improve performance.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, inbound marketing, demand generation, and blogging.
- Bonus skills include experience in account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and working knowledge of social scheduling and monitoring tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, HubSpot).
