Responsibilities
- Lead the development phase of websites, ensuring accurate translation of designs into responsive, high-performance web pages.
- Utilize WordPress, Webflow, and HubSpot CMS to build and maintain client websites, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with front-end designers to address technical constraints and ensure design feasibility.
- Implement and customize CMS features, including templates, custom modules, and integrations, to meet specific client needs.
- Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and accessibility, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and post-launch, maintaining site integrity and performance.
- Stay current with emerging web development trends and technologies to continually enhance our service offerings.
- Assist with additional development projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in web development, with a strong portfolio showcasing projects built on WordPress, Webflow, and HubSpot CMS.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Experience translating designs from Adobe XD or Figma into functional websites, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy.
- Familiarity with CMS customization, including the creation of templates, custom fields, and plugins.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on teamwork and client satisfaction.
