Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning homes, Airbnb's, and office spaces. The ideal candidate will have prior cleaning experience, be able to work independently, and take pride in providing exceptional cleaning services. Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize residential homes, Airbnb properties, and office spaces.
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum all areas of assigned properties.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living spaces.
• Change bed linens and make beds where applicable.
• Take out trash and ensure all areas are left tidy and well-maintained.
• Follow safety and cleaning protocols for all tasks.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting all quality standards for each cleaning.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained.

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience required (residential or commercial).
• Must be based in Aurora, IL or surrounding areas.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality results.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in all interactions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation.
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment as necessary.
• Excellent communication skills.
