Banquet Server On Call

Description

Excellent customer service skills.- Serve food and beverages to guests at banquet events in a professional and efficient manner.- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications and ensure all necessary supplies are available.- Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure a positive dining experience.- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.- Provide excellent customer service by anticipating guests' needs and responding promptly.- Work collaboratively with the banquet team to ensure smooth event execution.- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the event.- Adhere to dress code and grooming standards to present a professional appearance at all times.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Knowledge of food and beverage serving techniques- Ability to work well in a team- Attention to detail and ability to multitask- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Position will be On Call.RequirementsEducation / Formal Training : High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Must have food handlers permit / certificate.Experience : Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.Knowledge / Skills : Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.Knowledge of proper food handling and safety procedures.Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays.Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset.Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
