We are seeking a motivated individual and detail-oriented Client Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our Relationship Managers and enhancing the client experience. As a client operation specialist, you will be responsible for managing client communications, assisting with account administration, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our wealth management services. No industry experience necessary, however a strong desire to learn the industry is required.

Work Responsibilities:
- Work with Relationship Managers on all daily tasks:
- New account opening, process/monitor asset transfers, money movement, account updates, distribute mail, deposit checks, client birthday cards, company holiday cards, prepare FedEx labels, scan, shred, etc.
- Client meeting preparation
- Maintain client records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate team.
- Other general office activities.
Qualifications:
- Client service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated
- Problem solver
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer skills
- Strong interest in financial services industry
- Series 7 and 66-willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.
This is an entry-level role. Compensation based on experience with a range of $45,000-$50,000.
