Role Description
This Restaurant Manager position, from an award-winning Florida-based restaurant group opening soon in Naples, FL, is a full-time on-site role. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality. Responsibilities include managing staff, handling customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service, and maintaining a positive dining experience for all guests. The manager will also be involved in hiring and training new employees, maintaining inventory and supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
