New candidate will serve as a Hunter for new business opportunities in 25 states throughout the US.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect, quote and sell small business insurance policies to self-sourced prospects.
- Develop and manage own book of commercial insurance clients across various industries.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and networking.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
- Negotiate policy terms and pricing with carriers to secure competitive coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance underwriting.
- Maintain compliance with all state licensing and industry regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with our internal team based in Pennsylvania.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- MINIMUM 3 years of commercial insurance sales experience is absolutely required.
- Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverage (General Liability, Property, Workers’ Compensation, Commercial Auto, etc.).
- Possess a strong working knowledge of the commercial insurance market and have the ability to pair carrier offerings to meet the best interest of the client.
- Ability to generate leads, close sales, and build long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in insurance quoting and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely.
- Proven organizational, interpersonal communication and sales skills.
- Results driven and able to effectively community pipeline activity, 90 day sales funnel and able to manage soliciting new business, closing quoted business and servicing existing book of business.
