Description
The Leasing Professional is responsible for apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. Provides a high level of customer service and should possess expert knowledge of the property, its competitors and its market.
Requirements
- Have a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Must have minimum 1 year in A Class or Lease Up experience.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
- Able to work weekends.
- Both English and Spanish Speaking.
