As our PR Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and communicating the PG Forsta brand story, both internally and externally. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive PR strategy that enhances our reputation, drives brand awareness, and supports our business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can create compelling narratives that resonate with our diverse stakeholders and can effectively manage media relations, corporate communications, and crisis management.
In this role, you will also lead a team of PR professionals, ensuring that all communications are aligned with our mission and values, and that our brand voice remains consistent across all channels. You will work closely with leadership to craft messaging that reflects our commitment to enhancing human experiences, while also managing relationships with key media outlets and influencers to amplify our message.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and implement a strategic PR plan that aligns with PG Forsta’s business goals and enhances brand visibility.
- Lead media relations efforts, including crafting press releases, managing media inquiries, and fostering relationships with key media contacts.
- Oversee corporate communications, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company’s mission, values, and strategic objectives.
- Manage crisis communication strategies, preparing and guiding the company through any public relations challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure messaging is cohesive and supports business objectives.
- Serve as the company’s spokesperson, representing PG Forsta in media interviews, public appearances, and industry events.
- Lead and mentor the PR team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers, industry experts, and media representatives to expand our reach and influence.
- Drive internal communications initiatives to ensure employees are informed and engaged with the company’s vision and goals.
What you need to flourish:
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or a related field is required. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related field, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful PR strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading a high-performing PR team.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver clear, concise messaging.
- Experience in media relations, including managing media inquiries and securing coverage in top-tier outlets.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry or other complex sectors is preferred.
- Proven experience in crisis communication and reputation management.
- Ability to think strategically, with a focus on long-term brand building and reputation enhancement.
Compensation:
$13,120 Monthly - Salary is competitive and commensurate with prior experience. A comprehensive benefits package is included.
