Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct healthcare telephone surveys including reading scripts verbatim, accurately coding responses, and entering and rating verbatim comments.
Qualifications:
- Personable, with a good phone presence.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy are a must for these positions.
- The ability to read and speak Spanish is required.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent GED.

The expected base salary for this position is $18.20 p/h. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
