Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Review projects, using a defined checklist, to ensure both standard and custom elements are appropriately incorporated in client’s project before survey/project administration
- Flag client team to any discrepancies to ensure quick resolution before survey/project administration
- Complete work promptly and accurately by developing an expertise in and appropriately using Press Ganey’s proprietary software and internal systems
- Manage queue of projects in a timely fashion to meet project deadlines, prioritize/re-prioritize based on needs of the team
- Performs troubleshooting and provides timely follow-up on inquiries, escalated issues and special requests with manager’s oversight
- Provide support for service failures/recovery
- Act as an effective member of a team and cross-team product group
- 0-2 years of health care, quality improvement or project management experience
- Project Management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High level of time management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
