What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative- Remote (Part-Time) position at Press-One Customer Care?
Help us help customers manage their subscriptions. You’ll be answering phone calls and emails from the comfort of your home. You’ll need a reliable internet connection, a newer model computer, a headset, and a dedicated, quiet workspace where you can train and work without interruptions.
You will be assisting customers with filing complaints, billing inquiries, and fulfillment issues, and starting/stopping subscriptions. Our ideal applicant is very comfortable in a high-call volume environment and ready to stay busy!
We are looking for someone to work from 7 AM to 11 AM MST or 8 AM to 12 PM CST Monday through Friday totaling 20 hours a week.
Job Requirements:
- Required availability includes start times as early as 7 AM and ending at 11 AM MST.
- Reliable internet connection (A minimum of 50 Mbps download speed).
- PC or Laptop with at least Windows 8 or High Sierra IOS.
- USB headset for taking calls
- A dedicated, quiet workspace.
- Excellent reading/writing skills.
- Ability to work 20 hours per week, minimum.
- Solid PC skills. (data entry, systems navigation, basic troubleshooting, etc.)
- Must live in Wyoming or Kansas.
