Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-time Production Associate to join our team. In this role, you will operate machinery and assemble rubber and plastic products, ensuring high-quality production standards and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Work Hours:
This position will operate on either 1st shift (6am- 2pm), 2nd shift (2pm - 10pm) or 3rd shift (10pm-6am).
The selected candidate with work either: -Monday, Wednesday, Friday, or-Tuesday and Thursday
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machines and assemble rubber and plastic components as per work instructions.
- Ensure consistent flow and cycle time of gaskets to meet part quotas.
- Conduct visual and physical quality checks during production.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA health and safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on tasks.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic issues with equipment.
- Ability to work on your feet for 8-10 hours a day.
- Excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 1 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
