What are the responsibilities and job description for the Group Fitness Trainer position at Press The Limit Fitness?
Press The Limit Fitness is a professional gym that offers 1:1 personal training, small group training, group classes as well as sports performance training for athletes.
The majority of what we provide is excellent 1:1 or small group coaching to enable our members to reach their goals as fast and effectively as possible. Our group program allows us to build a thriving community of like minded people that can inspire each other.
We are looking for 1-2 additional coaches that can fit into a professional team and enhance our current coaching abilities. The ideal candidate will be:
- passionate about their own fitness but more so about helping others
- able to work as a professional following systems that make coaching more fun
- have experience in coaching groups and 1:1 clients
- Understand how to coach, modify and progress effectively for a variety of members and needs
- work as part of a team; we are looking for someone that is driven, follows systems but also is creative and willing to bring new ideas to the team to enhance the gym
