SALES COORDINATOR

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the Tiama Americas sales team. This role ensures the efficient processing of sales activities, coordination of shipments, accurate documentation, and high-quality customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage quotes, proposals, and sales contracts for everything from spare parts to full machines
- Monitor and follow up on orders, invoices, and payments—including warranty claims and credit notes
- Organize domestic and international shipments, working closely with freight forwarders
- Keep our CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce and Dynamics AX) up to date
- Respond to customer inquiries and help maintain strong client relationships
- Support our sales team with reports, presentations, trade shows, and materials
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless sales execution
- Analyze sales trends and support forecasting
Qualifications and Competencies:
- 2 years of experience in a sales support role, preferably in an international setting
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a big plus!)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP software (especially Salesforce and MS Dynamics AX)
- Passion for great customer service and high attention to detail
- An Associate’s Degree in International Business or a related field is preferred
