Role Overview:
We are seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations at our Orem Pressed Floral location. In this role, you will lead and inspire a dedicated team across multiple departments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations while maintaining the highest quality standards. You’ll work closely with department managers, the Director of Operations, and cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor department managers to create a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with various teams (Design, Fulfillment, Preservation, etc.) to innovate, strategize, and improve production processes.
- Establish and enforce quality control standards across all departments, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence.
- Monitor budgets and manage spending, ensuring adherence to financial goals while optimizing resources.
- Maintain a well-organized, compliant, and safe work environment that supports productivity and employee well-being.
- Ensure that the artistic vision aligns with production goals in partnership with the Branding and Product & Client Experience teams.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a collaborative team.
- Proven experience in overseeing day-to-day operations and improving workflow efficiency.
