About the Role
The Director of Sales - Northeast leads sales efforts in the New York City Metro area and the Northeastern region. They are responsible for driving revenue, building a high-performing sales team, and developing strategic partnerships. They also manage a broker sales team, work with distributors, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. They will play a key role in expanding our market presence in the New York City metro area and Northeastern region, increasing brand awareness, and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities include
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the New York City metro area and Northeast region to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Lead a team of sales partners (“brokers”), providing clear direction, KPIs and on-going business planning to meet department and company fiscal goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including retailers, distributors, and strategic partners, to drive sales and distribution of Pressed Juicery products
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to expand market reach and penetration
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes to track performance and drive accountability
- Represent Pressed Juicery at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand visibility and network potential partners
- Partner with teammates and co-workers on various strategic initiatives throughout the year
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years’ sales experience in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry (beverages strongly preferred) with concentration in Northeast retailers
- Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Proven success in growing distribution in the Northeast through distributors
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver results
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Analytical mindset with the proficiency in sales data analysis and forecasting
- Ability to travel extensively within the Region
- Must be located within the New York City metro area
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction
Salary : $160,000 - $175,000
