About the Role

The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for actively monitoring, resolving, and escalating issues occurring in the logistics supply chain, and providing administrative support to the Supply Chain team. They will support product supply for our retail locations, provide on-time reporting of product inventory, and help to ensure great service from our 3PLs to our retail locations.

Essential Job Functions

• Act as key point of contact for any retail and 3PL inquiries, such as order adjustments, service level issues, and product shortages.
• Assist in resolving supply chain issues such as out of stocks and service downtimes.
• Manage store logistics operations by communicating with store teams and 3PL partners.
• Collect, validate, and prepare weekly inventory reports to ensure product availability.
• Support any ad hoc analysis, modeling, and analytical support.
• Responsible for new item set ups with 3PL Partners & the Pressed Juicery system.
• Provide administrative assistance to the Supply Chain team.
• Data entry and record keeping.
• Attend all mandatory meetings.

Qualifications

• 1 years of work experience in an administrative role.
• Work experience in a logistics, warehouse, or distribution team (strongly preferred).
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional organization and planning skills.
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Must be able to work on-site in our Culver City office 2-3 days per week.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
