Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including inventory control, stocking, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and train a team.
Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage inventory
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Power Equipment management or sales management is a bonus, but not required
- Mechanical aptitude
- Team Player, but able to work individually
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including occasional Saturdays
