Working under the direction of the maintenance coordinator and responsible for building repairs and maintenance work.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Good organization and planning skills.
- Must be able to communicate well at all levels.
- Must be able to deal with multiple priorities.
- Must be able to work in a fast work environment.
- Implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Maintain PQA Certification
- Ability to work well with others.
- Must have a minimum of one-year experience in a maintenance or construction related field.
