We are seeking a professional and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skills assessments.
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Supervise and provide guidance to Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), behavior technicians, and other support staff.
- Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide direct ABA therapy to children with developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of ABA strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, progress reports, and other required records.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience in providing ABA services, preferably in a pediatric setting.
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, techniques, and ethical guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
