Position Overview :
As a Packaging Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring products are packaged efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all quality standards. You'll operate production equipment, perform quality checks, and contribute to a team-driven environment to meet or exceed production goals.
This role requires adherence to both domestic and international GMPs, SOPs, and OSHA safety standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate Equipment Safely : Operate all packaging equipment in compliance with SOPs and OSHA safety standards, ensuring quality checks are performed consistently.
- Perform Maintenance Tasks : Execute daily maintenance routines per the autonomous maintenance policy.
- Troubleshoot Production Issues : Identify and address potential production issues proactively, communicating effectively with supervisors and maintenance teams.
- Achieve Production Goals : Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maximize uptime.
- Maintain Cleanliness : Keep work areas clean and organized in compliance with U.S. and international GMP standards.
- Document Production Activities : Accurately complete logs and reports, including downtime, material usage, production yield, batch details, and inventory control.
- Train New Operators : Assist in training new team members as needed.
- Other Duties : Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
