Currently Hiring for Phlebotomy Instructors (Level 1 and 2)
Phlebotomy Instructors provide practical skills and didactic instruction under the direction of the Institution's Directors.
They will instruct students on proper practical application of knowledge, equipment, and skills, perform fair, accurate, and consistent evaluation of students on practical skills and act as a student advocate in the learning process.
Ready to Join?
- Must be able to prove a level of Advance knowledge within the Allied Health Field
- Must be currently Certified or Eligible to obtain Certification as an Allied Health Instructor.
- Must meet requirements set by the Department of Education, Labor, and Nursing pertaining to your requested course instruction.
- Must be able to understand and uphold regulated Policies & Procedures pertaining to the learning environment within Prestige's Classrooms. In addition able to not only adhere to adopted Learning Objectives, but establish new benchmarks.
- Must participate in ongoing Leadership/Instructor Training Courses as made available by Prestige's Overseeing Body and NJ State Mandates.
- Must have mastered the ability to effectively communicate, able to multi-task, work with minimal supervision, maintain a "team-player" personality, and remain a positive influence to a stress-free environment promoted by Prestige.
- Must have a minimal three years working as a phlebotomist within the last five years.
- Must have previous verifiable teaching experience within higher education learning.
- Must have reliable transportation (willing to travel to multiple campuses is a plus).
