Qualifications

Required :

  • 1 years of experience in ANY of the following :
  • Epic Anesthesia
  • Anesthesiology
  • ANY of the following valid licenses / certifications :
  • Medical Doctor (MD) in Oregon (OR)
  • Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) in Oregon (OR)
