Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with 10-12 years of strong experience in retail lending, specifically with Auto loan products.&
The ideal candidate will have experience working with decision engine products, exposure to digital projects, and a deep understanding of interfaces and data flows.&
You will be responsible for gathering and reconciling requirements, managing project artifacts, and driving the design of customer / user journeys in collaboration with the UX team.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage project artifacts, including plans, risks, issues, and status reports.
- Gather requirements from business users, analyze and break down high-level information into detailed user stories.
- Lead requirement workshops independently with customers.
- Map out current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) processes.
- Assess current processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Review designs and test plans for alignment with business goals.
- Support the end-to-end digital process, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with the UX team to drive the design of customer / user journeys.
