Key Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and edit SOPs for logistics, production, continuous improvement, safety, and quality processes related to liquid flavors manufacturing.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and insights for SOP development.
- Manage the SOP review process, ensuring all documents are accurate and clear before approval.
- Maintain an organized repository of SOPs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in the creation of training materials related to new SOPs and provide support for training sessions.
- Ensure all SOPs comply with internal policies and relevant external regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Administrative skills and strong communication abilities.
- Ability to understand and document processes clearly.
- Prior experience in SOP writing or technical documentation in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards within the flavor or food manufacturing industry.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with document control software or systems.
- Knowledge of safety, quality control, or continuous improvement processes in a production setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
