Responsibilities:
- Represent borrowers and lenders in secured and unsecured financing transactions
- Negotiate, structure, and document a variety of financing deals, including:
- Commercial mortgage transactions
- Acquisition financings
- Asset-based financings
- Senior, mezzanine, and subordinated debt transactions
- Cross-border financings
- Opinion letters
- Advise on a range of financing projects, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment with client goals
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in banking and finance law
- Expertise in representing borrowers and lenders in commercial lending transactions
- Experience with secured and unsecured financing, acquisition financing, asset-based lending, and cross-border transactions
- Strong negotiation, structuring, and documentation skills
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of commercial mortgage transactions, senior, mezzanine, and subordinated debt
- Familiarity with opinion letters and cross-border financings
