Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of manufacturing equipment.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery.
• Collaborate with machine operators and engineers to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Interpret and apply technical manuals, electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Perform both preventative and predictive maintenance per scheduled intervals.
• Provide technical support on injection molding, blow molding, and associated systems.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven mechanical and technical aptitude in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with conveyors, frequency inverters, and molding/extrusion equipment.
• Familiarity with hydraulic pumps, valves, and electrical systems (115V–480V).
• Ability to work independently and in team settings.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to shifting priorities.
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends when needed.
• Experience with the following equipment is a plus: Aoki, Bejum, Uniloy, Sidel, One Blow, Sipa, Husky, Flex Blow, Rocheleau, MBK, PBM.
