The manager will oversee multiple cross-functional projects, evaluate productivity improvements, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for projects following the organization’s project management methodology.
- Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, scope, and quality expectations through metrics and benchmarking.
- Manage multiple cross-functional projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Develop and submit business cases to support project initiatives.
- Oversee project deliverables, including risk evaluation, cost adherence, and quality management.
- Facilitate teams for problem-solving, process improvement, and strategic planning activities.
- Develop documentation for business processes and perform analysis of project data.
- Generate reports, data, and recommendations for project improvements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- May develop procurement and technical specifications for vendor or contractor services.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field; relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor teams to enhance competencies and effectiveness.
- Proven ability to facilitate team building across disciplines and engage individuals without formal authority.
- Experience managing all phases of a project with significant autonomy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software, email, and scheduling tools.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Experience with corporate initiatives, employee programs, corporate affairs, or project management in a related role.
