- Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
- Assist in monthly tax accruals and journal entries to ensure accurate and timely filings.
- Conduct tax research and advise clients on tax strategies to optimize their financial position.
- Use QuickBooks to manage and review client records (QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required).
- Provide support during tax audits and liaise with tax authorities on behalf of clients.
- Collaborate with clients to address tax-related inquiries and provide tailored advisory services.
- Perform general accounting functions, including reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in tax accounting, public accounting, or audit.
- QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
