Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, including residential homes. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure all areas meet health and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning visit.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management. (We will provide your supplies).
- Work in teams or solo on deep cleans and reoccuring cleans.
Cleaning solo will be based on your comfortability to do so after training.
Skills
- Strong residential cleaning skills with an eye for detail.
- Knowledge of custodial practices and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills to manage time efficiently while completing tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary.
