Responsibilities

• Operate pressure washing and soft washing equipment for residential and commercial properties

Perform exterior cleaning services including:

• House washing

• Roof cleaning

• Driveway and sidewalk cleaning

• Paver and concrete sealing

• Gutter cleaning

• Pool deck and patio cleaning

• Safely set up and break down equipment on job sites

• Handle chemical application and surface preparation as needed

• Perform routine maintenance and care for company vehicles and equipment

• Communicate professionally with customers on-site to answer questions and provide excellent customer service

• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times

• Document completed work using company apps (before/after photos, notes, etc.)

• Assist in loading/unloading materials, tools, and supplies

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in trucks and trailers

• Work independently or as part of a team to complete daily job routes

• Represent Prestige Cleaning with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude

Requirements

• Valid Florida Driver’s License with clean driving record

• Reliable transportation to and from our shop daily

• Ability to safely operate trucks, trailers, and pressure washing equipment (we will train)

• Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather conditions (heat, humidity, rain)

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or with a team

• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures and company standards

• Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic

• Previous experience in pressure washing or exterior cleaning is a plus (but not required — we will train the right person)

• Must pass a background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
