Growing Medical Office in the OKC Metro has an opening for an IT Specialist.

The IT Specialist will oversee and manage the technical needs of the company, ensuring systems, hardware, and software are optimized for efficiency. This role includes supporting key platforms such as DrChrono and managing IT infrastructure and driving digital transformation efforts to support the company’s goal of becoming paperless. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to providing exceptional technical support.

Key Responsibilities

1.      Employee Onboarding and Hardware Setup:

a.      Build and configure computers and other IT equipment for new hires.

b.     Set up and deploy hotspots, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity.

c.      Assist with onboarding processes, ensuring access to systems such as DrChrono and Servis.ai.

2.      Printer and Device Management:

a.      Add new office employees to the main printer and troubleshoot printer-related issues.

b.     Oversee the management of IT hardware, including printers, hotspots, and other devices.

3.      Software and System Management:

a.      Organize and maintain SharePoint and Servis.ai platforms.

a.      Train employees on effectively using SharePoint, DrChrono, and Servis.ai.

b.     Provide ongoing technical support for software-related issues, ensuring all systems function seamlessly.

2.      DrChrono and Servis.ai Support:

a.      Support DrChrono EMR system, ensuring appropriate access, data accuracy, and troubleshooting for clinical teams.

b.     Support Servis.ai platform for CRM and operational needs, ensuring accurate data entry and efficient usage.

c.      Collaborate with teams to optimize workflows across both platforms.

3.      Communication System Administration:

a.      Manage GoTo communication systems, including phone lines, SMS tools, and fax lines.

b.     Ensure seamless integration of GoTo with other platforms for efficient communication logging and tracking.

4.      Digital Transformation:

a.      Lead efforts to transition the company to a paperless environment by implementing and maintaining digital solutions.

b.     Research and recommend tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.

5.      IT Support and Troubleshooting:

a.      Act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues, providing timely resolutions.

b.     Work with employees to address technical challenges and ensure proper software utilization.

6.      System Security and Updates:

a.      Monitor and maintain system security, implementing updates and patches as needed.

b.     Ensure all IT systems comply with company policies and best practices for data protection.

Qualifications and Skills

  • ·         Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • ·         Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or related roles.

  • ·         Proficiency in DrChrono, Servis.ai, SharePoint, and GoTo systems.

  • ·         Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.

  • ·         Familiarity with digital transformation strategies for creating paperless environments.

  • ·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support employees at all levels of technical expertise.

  • ·         Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • ·         Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • ·         Experience in a healthcare or service-oriented industry.

  •          Certifications in IT Industry, Microsoft 365 Certified, or similar

  •          Familiarity with EMR systems like DrChrono and CRM platforms like Servis.ai.

Salary : $40,000 - $65,000
